Hello, my name is Cecelia Johnston but friends and family call me Ce. I have always had a strong desire to work in the culinary industry in hopes of opening a bakery one day. I had the rewarding opportunity to attend the Stratford Chef School, where I graduated in early 2013. My dream was not to enter a career within a prestigious restaurant environment, but rather to bring the same quality, flavours, creativity and presentation to the general public. Thus, the beginning of Ce Food Experience.

My team and I take great pride and satisfaction in the development of recipes and food preparation. We enjoy hand picking ingredients to feature in our pastries, daily selection of breads and the menu items within each catering. As the sole proprietor of Ce Food Experience, I take pride in not only the food we provide but the atmosphere in which it is offered.
